What happens when I hit my cap?
Your transcription becomes completely free for the rest of the month! The $12 cap resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I stay on the free tier forever?
Yes! The free tier is truly free forever. You get 2,000 words per week for transcription and 10 transforms per week. Both limits reset every 7 days.
What is Voice Transform?
Voice Transform lets you edit existing text using voice commands. Select text, hold the transform hotkey, speak your command (like "make this more professional"), and release. The text transforms instantly. Free tier gets 10 transforms per week, Pro gets unlimited.
How do referral credits work?
When you refer a friend and they subscribe, you both get $5 in credits. You can use up to $10/month in credits toward your usage costs. Unused credits roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, then reverts to the free tier.
